Enzo Cucchi is the third of three artists dubbed in New York at the beginning of the decade “the three C’s” (Chia, Clemente and Cucchi), the best known, and the most successful, of the new generation of Italian painting. Cucchi comes from Ancona, in eastern Italy.

Kay Roberts: Where did you spend your childhood?
Cornelia Parker: I spent my childhood in Cheshire, rural – deep rural Cheshire. I was brought up onn a small holding in the middle of nowhere, really. Not even in a village but in the middle of the countryside.
